This week at Herb's...

This week at Herb's I have been cleaning, organizing and shooting photos!  I am so excited about all the items Frank has found.  The most exciting piece is a HUGE white cabinet full of gorgeous patina.  As soon as we spotted that piece we knew it was coming home with us! The blog will be getting some new features over the next few weeks so stay tuned!  We will be having weekly updates and a new section for tutorials!  I am going to try out some of those fabulous ideas I have been pinning on Pinterest... Gorgeous old toolbox

 These are pretty unique candle holders! They are solid wood and wonderful architectural pieces.  They could even be painted in bright bold colors....

Sunday Fun Day!

While you are out and about stop over to Herb's and say hello to my Dad! Sundays are always a day when we do something fun as a family at my house! What is everyone doing today?  We have loved going to many carnivals on the weekend.  There is just something about ferris wheels.... this is from the Johnston Library carnival they have every year for green days.  It is a tradition now for us :)  

Inspiration... (personal)

 I want to highlight this wonderful kitchen island that Herb's son made!  This one has been sold, but if you like what you see you can order one from Herb's!

 It is very charming the way the wood and white go together, it could be a beautiful addition to any kitchen.
